My package under UI115343305CN had been stuck in Arrive at "Dongguan Interchange Bureau" status since 2/3/19.
When can I expect this to move forward?

Trying to chase up an item, have been contact many times with seller. They keep telling me to wait for item. Last correspondence they told me it was at my local post office. It is not, and has never shown as leaving country of origin. Why are they telling me it is at post office when it has not arrived in destination country, and instead shows being returned to sender in origin country.

How do i find out where my article is?
