Asking question about the difference between registered tracking number and non registered for example:

If the the package has unregistered tracking number lost is there compensation?
The third question
What is the meaning unregistered once received the package by China post?
Example the parcel was received by the China post from the sender.

Registered tracking number starts usually starts with R and non registered starts with U or only consisted with numbers. Registered packages could be tracked and no registered couldn't be tracked. RP156161341CN should be a registered tracking number.
For unregistered package, if it's lost, you couldn't get any compensation.
Sorry, not sure what does the third question mean.
