It is more than a month now how the package is with the same status. Just today I saw that it has been delivered to air transport and then returned. Can you please give me info what is going on and what is going to happen to the package. Is it going to be returned to the seller or what?

I need explanation what is going on with my package. From what I am seeing it has being moved to another city - Fuzhou Qishan Processing Center. Is it returning to the original sender or is it moving because the shipment is going to be done from another city?
One more question - are you able to ship packages to Serbia at this time?
