Good day.
I am writing to inquire about the status of my shipment, which was dispatched on 07 April 2025 under tracking number AT637739900CN via China Post. According to the tracking information, the package arrived in Greece on 10 May 2025, but there has been no movement
Kindly advise if there is a new local tracking number available in Greece, or provide any updated information that could assist in locating and receiving my order.

According to the tracking information, AT637739900CN was delivered on May 12. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
