My package says it is at the ChuLi center in Elkhart, Tx. We don't have a ChuLi center here. When I look it up, it pops up as our local post office. I called the post office but they don't know what the ChuLi center is and my package hasn't arrived there. This is the second package from Knowmecure that they "claim" made it to me but it never made it to my post office. I'll be filing with the BBB if this package "disappeared" too.
