Bonjour, mon colis portant le numéro de suivi EW168326215FR est bloqué en douane depuis 15 jours en raison d'un formulaire ou d'une facture manquante, alors que tout était correctement emballé à la poste. Je ne comprends donc pas pourquoi il s'agit simplement d'une commande à renvoyer au vendeur ! La facture est dans le colis.
