I am writing once again regarding my undelivered parcel, which I have previously reported as missing. I initially received one reply from your team stating that the package may be lost, but since then, I have sent several follow-up emails without any further response or resolution.

It has now been [over five months] since I sent it, and the continued lack of communication is unacceptable. I respectfully request an official confirmation of the parcel’s status and clear instructions regarding compensation or claims procedures for lost mail.

Thank you for your reply. However, I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
The item in question was not an order or a purchase from a seller, but rather my own personal belongings that I sent to myself when I was living in China. Therefore, there is no seller or platform involved.
Since the parcel has been lost, I kindly request that you either locate and deliver it to me or provide appropriate compensation for the loss.

Where did you make the order? It's lost and you need to contact the seller to get refund in time. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
