Hi wminton,
In China Post tracking results, the destination address is often displayed partially (only showing the city, state, and part of the ZIP code) due to privacy and security reasons. Here’s why:
Privacy Protection – Many postal services, including China Post, limit the visibility of full addresses to protect the recipient's personal information. This helps prevent misuse of sensitive data.
Security Measures – Displaying only partial location details reduces the risk of interception or fraud during transit, especially for international shipments.
Tracking System Limitations – Some tracking systems are designed to show only key transit points (e.g., sorting centers, customs clearance) rather than full address details.
Final Delivery by Local Postal Service – Once the package reaches the destination country, the local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) handles the final delivery, and their tracking may show more detailed address information.
What You Can Do:
Check with the Local Carrier – If the package has arrived in the destination country, try tracking it on the local postal service’s website for more details.
Contact the Sender – The sender (or e-commerce platform) usually has the complete address on record.

It may sent to a place near you and waiting you to pick up. You need to contact the seller to open a case to China Post to check the detailed address your local courier delivered to.
