DHGate tracking AT412374730CN no updates in almost 2 months

AT412374730CN this is my tracking number i placed an order on the gate april 28th and its is now june 13th. its been stuck in dongguan since the 30th and has not had any updates since then. did i get scammed? or is this package just going to take forever to come in?

On dhgate tracking it says has arrived in the us and is at JFK but says export customs clearance? Is that normal? Also is it normal to not have movement after this? First time doing dhgate. Thank you!
