Parcel is stuck in customs. They say I did not attach invoice but it is a return. I attached the customs declaration but want to send a further copy. They do not respond to email. The fax machine was not answered. How can I deal with this please?

Hi Jackie Hixon,

In normal, if the receiver in China doesn't cooperate, you can only wait for it to return back. Or, you can contact your local courier to see if they could help you solve the problem.
