Hello I ordered earphones off wish they were meant to arrive between 11 of March and the 4 of April, I still haven’t got them it’s now the 13 of may have they been lost while getting prepared? Can you get back to me to let me know where they are?.

What's the tracking number? You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible if you couldn't receive it within the promised time.
