I got an EXCEPTION notification from the app Aftership. And it said said i must contact the corrier or ship.

What is going on?

It shipped from China and arrived in Winnipeg Canada. It says there is an exception. What is the exception? Been stuck there for several days. My tracking number is SFC2WW8857203280176.
