I wanted to know if there is problem with my parcel handed over to airline status for 12 days.

Hi kiady,

Your package has left China on Dec. 6 and is in transit to your country now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Chinapost tracking still shows parcel "handed to airline" on June 18. Destination is Canada. Tracking number is LZ078407551CN. If you can't track where the parcel is, at least provide the name of the airline you gave the parcel to.
