Please provide me details about my package. I received tracking number AG946484962CN from CHINA, seller provided another tracking for USPS 420701309400136105155579781962. USPS said that the package was deliver to someone else with the same zip code on Josephine St. because their name and address was on the label shipped from California. No one can help me as to why my package went to someone else even though the seller had the original label from China with my name and address. Please help me and supply any documentations.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation and give you a solution.
