hice 2 compras dreamera y 1 kensley hace meses mande monton de mails y nadie me respondió. esta todo pago y 1 de ellos dice entregado pero nunca lo recibi y nunca me dieron el contacto del vendedor para comunicarme

In normal, the seller should provide you with the tracking numbers. If you don't get it, try to contact the seller to check it for you. If the seller doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.
