Dears,
I have been waiting for my shipment since April 24th and it hasn't been arrived for almost 1 month.
The tracking website shows that it already arrived to Poland on 29th of April. I don't know where my shipment stays
in Poland for 19 days ... Could you be so kind to check the detailed status where exactly my shipment is
and what is the current status such as custom problem, etc.?
