Hope you are fine. A shipment with tracking # CP421496878CN was scheduled to be shipped on January 6th 2021. Now, its about 4 months paased but the luggage has not been delivered yet. I need to know about its processing details. When will it be delivered?

The tracking site said the package was delivered, but it not delivered yet. I want to know the details about the carrier name to contact with him.
