Item delivered according to tracking but not received by me

According to tracking number my order is delivered but I did not receive any parcel. Where did they deliver the item.i need to know where should I launch the complaint.

Hi Umbreen,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I am expecting a parcel/ Item that orded (Order #4857) from ECHO VOGUE LTD on 05.06.2025
Retailer sent an China Post Tracking Number: SH9900484479YQ on 06.06.2025.
As per your tracking information page shows as Item delivered on 10.7.2025 14:18 hrs. but I haven't received any parcel from you on that date.
Do you have any evidence that your deliver person delivered?
I believe this looks like scam?
