I wrote to the seller but he answered me like that: “We would like to inform that your order has been already delivered in your country. However, for some reason , the item is still on your local post office and ready to pick up . We suggest you to coordinate or contact your postal office for the details on how to claim the item and pay for the postal delivery“

I’m tried about this situation because they saying that they have not yet received the package and said that they will not refund the money until they receive the package back.
