Please help track my package. It's been stuck at "despatch from sorting center" for over a week now. Can you please give me some more information for why it stuck or how long it will take

17Track shows this package was updated 11/14/19 at 2:23PM Eastern China time. The update says "Shenzhen, delivered to air transport". After your package is turned over to your country's post, it can take several days for a new tracking number to be generated.

It's en route to Netherlands now. There will be further update when it's in Netherlands.

It usually takes about 15-30 days to be delivered after it left China.

I want to know about two of the orders as it show's delivered but I can't find there real tracking ID's or any proof of images. These were came from china to UK by chinapost tracking. I mentioned below both tracking ID's so please give me there more details. Thank you!
