Hello. I am currently waiting for LO979953796CN. This, according to the tracking website, has left China on 13 April 2020. 17 days later, no update is available, I understand that there will be delays due to the current situation,but is there any chance to have an update and know whether the item I purchased is actually lost? Many thanks!

It couldn't be delivered within three months, it may be lost.
It was delivered to air transport on April 14 and takes about 7-15 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
