You can let the receiver in Changsha call 0731-84021777 (the contact number of the Mail Processing Center of Changsha Postal District Center, Hunan Province Postal Delivery Division). The parcel is stuck there.

I am contacting you regarding parcel LR515679680NL, which was shipped from the Netherlands on June 19, 2025.
