There has been no movement for over 20 days! I have tried everything and I have no clue where this package is. it left for JFK 20 days ago and there is still no update. Please help!

You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
