Package has been stuck for over a month and I want to make sure it isn’t lost. I ordered another package 2 weeks after and it made it to the US but this one is still no update.

It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. I suggest you wait for one more week to see if you could receive it.
