This shows that it arrived at the destination on 6/5 but I have not received it yet. Also when I track from other apps it shows that it’s still in the air somewhere. Could you please provide me with clarification?

It hasn't got by Japan Post. It should be waiting customs clearance now. You'd better wait for more days to see.
