Hi , my parcel LO963366909CN has recurved a red triangle at the top of the tracking , my parcel has left from air departure 3 times now can I have some help please

Hi Ciara-mags,

It failed to leave China for two times. It tried to leave China again on May 25. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.
