No tracking info

Item has not shown any movement since 9th Oct when it left the supplier and the tracking number
Is not being recognised, I know it takes a while but surely something should show now? Tracking number is ZY090033455CN. I can get no information from seller so hopefully you can help. Not happy!

Hi Julie Hogarth,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. The tracking number is a wrong one, as the tracking number couldn't be recognized in tracking system.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

Tracking says handed over to delivery company since Nov.29 but they don't have i (0 reply)

LP00481396316943= tracking# Order# =AQ452406603CN. The seller and the tracking info says that the package was handed over to the delivery company but that is not the case. USPS has not received this package contrary to the tracking info.

The last info I was able to find was that it was in Compton, CA and that was on November 29th!! Just wondering what needs to be done to get you to actually hand the package over to USPS like your tracking info says. Please lmk if you need anything from me to make this happen! In the meantime I'd appreciate knowing why it's been being held for a whole month with no word/or movement.

I'm awaiting delivery of parcel with tracking number AS811460813CN, according tracking info, package has been delivered to Slovakia at 1st of December 18:20, but I did not received it. Also tracking info has not been updated since then. Could you please verify where exactly has been the package delivered? If possible, please provide new tracking number so I can keep tracking.
