No update on tracking

My package arrived at secondary sort facility on 1-26-2019 in San Francisco with no updates. Was wondering how long it will stay there before it gets to me? My tracking #UT916705492CN thanks for any help.

Hi Cwest3779,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan. 26. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
