No update on tracking

My package has been stuck at secondary sort facility since Jan 26th I tried to contact the seller with no response. Tracking #UT916705492CN Was wondering if my package was still coming or if I should try and get a refund. Thank you for any help.

Hi Cwest3779,

Don't wait for it. It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan. 26. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
