Can someone please help me, I sent a package from UK royal mail international standard to :

on 16th November 2019 and it still hasn't arrived. Who can I contact to see if it's held anywhere? Many thanks Rachel

You can let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11183 to check it by providing the tracking number.
