Hi Kirby,

It was delivered to air transport on March 26 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hello,

My mother sent me a big package about three weeks ago from France, throught the french postal service Colissimo. It is a big package that contains a very fragile instrument. The french postal service says the package already arrived in Chengdu a week ago and is waiting for me at the nearest postal office, but I haven't recieved any note in my box telling me where to pick it up. I went to the nearest postal office and they don't know where it is. I have a french tracking code: CC 7408 7513 4FR. Please help me, it is very important I recieve my instrument quickly.
