The package came from China to Spain but after 15 days in the post office the package started its way back to China. Now the package status is "returned to lodger". What does it mean? Has the seller received the package? I need to know where the package exactly is to ask for a refund to the seller.

The delivery was failed on March 24 and it was returned back. The seller should have got it on July 30. You need to contact the seller to ask for refund.
