Can I check what is the next step for "import customs retained pending inspection"?
Do I just wait and the will automatically be sent to the recipient once customs has cleared the inspection? How long will this process take? Is there anything to be done?

Hi Mr Ng,
It's still retained by the customs. If the recipient in China hasn't got any notice about how to get it, just wait. It will automatically be sent to the recipient once customs has cleared the inspection. Some of these kind of packages usually takes about a month to be released.
