The seller told us that I have to pay RMB450 (RMB350 admin fee and RMB100 tax). The following is his words "买单报关代理费350/票+ 做检100+ 税实报实销”。 However, as the product is a return item, shouldn't it be tax free?
Also, the seller's admin fee for submitting material for custom clearance is too high, can I do it myself?
Alternatively, can the item be returned back to me (sender) in Singapore?
