RT191507279SG status of parcel import customs clearance unclear. Parcel was on status "需提交货物报关材料或办理退运手续" since last week but no instructions on the recipient end or the sender end. If possible anyone can assist with the declaration requirements or process as my recipient does not know how to deal with this too.
