According to the tracking information, my shipment with tracking number ZA00107953701 has been marked as delivered. However, I did not receive the package. I have also checked with my neighbors, but no one has accepted the delivery on my behalf.

Hi Dirk Schroeder,

According to the tracking information, ZA00107953701 was delivered on May 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
