Bonjour j'ai passé une commande le 12 septembre, lorsque je regardais le suivi sur china post j'avais le détail et aujourd'hui je me reconnecte pour voir où en est le colis et il ne reconnaît pas le numéro de suivi, ou est mon colis s'il vous plaît

ACM366784481CY is not a China Post tracking number. It's shipped by Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd. (红云邮贸). Tracking information shows it's at the customs now. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you in time.
