Tracking #

When I try to track my order using the tracking number I was given...it shows the status as "Duly Voted". It says delivered but I did not receive it and I was home all day watching for it. I have tried to get in touch with someone including the seller but with no success. I want a complete refund and this order cancelled. I was mis informed that this shipment was coming from China and it was purchased as a gift but too late now to receive it and haven't anyway. I am contacting my credit card company and filing a complaint.

The tracking number is AM776685622CN. Tracking indicates delivery is Apr. 22 at 20 pm; nothing has been delivered. The tracking info is shady, there is no real detailed tracking info on the US side. I believe that the China Post tracking has been hacked or manipulated. Would you please verify this?

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
