I placed an order mid October. Says package was shipped on Nov 11. Says parcel arrived at Canada sorting center Nov 17. It still says it is in transit?? Todays date is Dec 08. Where is my package???

Hi Jade Lood,

It should be delayed in Canada. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Canada. Then, you need to use the number to check with Canada Post.
