I ordered on aliexpress on 1/11/2020. on 1/14/2020 my package was shipped, on 1/22/2020 in it said it was canceled, as far as the tracking on aliexpress it shows the figure of the airplane moving. can you track for me please RP890413588CN

RP890413588CN can not track. But in aliexpress tracking shows package is moving. Please confirm and gleagle store emails me confirmation picture of package has been shipped.

There is no tracking information for it. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
3. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason. You can also open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund if the seller doesn't reply you.
