It's not normal that there is no tracking information in USPS's side. You'd better wait for another 10 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution.

It was delivered by airline on May 15 and is in transit to the US now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
