I ordered a couple of items since April and they had been stuck at the same location for months and now one of them says expired. Where are my packages? Thank you!

It's sent by 4PX by the seller. It needs to be transited to Singapore first and then transit to Ghana. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as it hasn't arrived in Singapore now.

Hi. I ordered a parcel beginning of the year. Started tracking it and it says its delivery is expired. What should I do. I really needy parcel.

Don't worry about the expired status in tracking. You still could receive it although it's expired. They are stuck in China for a long time that makes them delayed. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update showing they arrive.
