Tracking has not moved for more than a month

Hi. My tracking is LW520717023CN and it has not moved at all since Feb. 25th. I’m just wondering what’s going on with it. Thanks

Hi Qtmonetteskie,

It has left China and is still in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
