My parcel has said "hand over to airline" for over 2 months and the seller will not respond to my messages, could you please help, my tracking number is UB193741844SG

Hi Ella,

It's sent by 4PX and needs to be transited from Singapore. It's stuck in Singapore now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it and the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back in time.
