It says my package (tracking #LW506698473CN) is not found. I ordered it 6 weeks ago. When should I consider it lost in transit? Or did the company ever send it?

Hi Drucilla Martinez,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on February 16 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
