There has been no update on this package since 11/22/18. Seems like something is wrong. Obviously not getting by Christmas, I need to ask for a refund. Can you advise on any update?

Hi Kristan,

epacket to the US takes about 20-40 days to reach. You'd better wait for more days to see. It should reach recently and there will be further update when it arrives in the US.

I want to know about two of the orders as it show's delivered but I can't find there real tracking ID's or any proof of images. These were came from china to UK by chinapost tracking. I mentioned below both tracking ID's so please give me there more details. Thank you!
