ON YOUR SITE YOU SAY THAT YOU DELIVERED THE PACKAGE ON JANUARY 12TH TO THE ADDRESS INDICATED, BUT IN REALITY WE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS?

Hi SABINA MARSEGLIA,

It was delivered to Milano 20135 on Jan. 12. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I want to know about two of the orders as it show's delivered but I can't find there real tracking ID's or any proof of images. These were came from china to UK by chinapost tracking. I mentioned below both tracking ID's so please give me there more details. Thank you!
