Tracking No AM351468113CN not delivered

The tracking on Chinapost says my parcel with the above tracking number has been delivered to me but i have not received it? I dont know who the carrier is to follow this up so can you help with this. If i dont get a response i will be looking to be refunded

Hi Yvonne Catchpole,

According to the tracking information, AM351468113CN was delivered on June 18. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If you couldn't get it at last, you need to contact the seller to get refund.

My package tracking info, AS750078767CN is showing as delivered on April 2, 2023, but USPS has no record of this package, and I have not received it? I tried to contact the seller, but they're not responding.
