I didn't receive my order and I don't know why. My tracking number is RF910201678CN. Is a order of balls for children.
I'm not familiar with this processes and actually is my first time.

Hi Andres,

It has been in your country since Sep. 23. But it was returned back on Oct. 10. Now, the seller should have got it. You couldn't get it. You'd better contact the seller to ask for re-delivery or open a dispute to ask your money back.

I want to know about two of the orders as it show's delivered but I can't find there real tracking ID's or any proof of images. These were came from china to UK by chinapost tracking. I mentioned below both tracking ID's so please give me there more details. Thank you!
