Hello, my tracking has not been updated for a while, can you please update me as to where my parcel is and when I can expect to receive it?

It's still stuck in Dongguan city now. I suggest you wait for more days to see, if it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.

I have been tracking an order placed in MARCH and the tracking has not updated since March 11th. This is what it says:
"International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada.
Last updated: Mar. 11"

The number is LZ692659019CN.
